We describe and present our products as accurately as possible. Photos, illustrations and visuals are for illustration purposes. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.
Prices are shown in your local currency (USD, GBP or CAD) based on your country. Any shipping fees, applicable taxes and import duties are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time; you are charged the price in effect when you place your order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or a prior dispute; in that case, any payment is refunded in full.
Payment is due when you place your order. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured by our payment providers.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@exovella.com with your order number and returning the product in reasonable condition. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. UK customers: you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Our grooming products are designed for use on pets. Follow the instructions provided, brush gently in the direction of the coat, and do not use on irritated or injured skin. If your pet has a skin condition, ask your veterinarian before use.
Signing up for SMS marketing is optional and requires your express consent, separate from email consent. It is never a condition of purchase. If you have consented, we may send you abandoned cart reminders and promotional messages. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website, and our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
